An Absence has not pulled through from our HR software and populated the Timesheet

If an Absence has not pulled through from your HR software, this will be due to an issue on the HR side. Usually the issue can be resolved by deleting the Absence in the HR software and recreating it.

If recreating the Absence still does not work, then you will need to speak with the team who manages your HR software for assistance as to why this is not posting through.

If this is Access, please raise a new case under your HR product entitlement.
If your HR software is a third party one, please contact whoever manages this software for assistance.
