Error - 'CIS Reverse Charge VAT Codes may only be used for customers with a GB VAT registration number' when using CIS Reverse Charge VAT

In order to use CIS Reverse Charge VAT codes, the customer record must have a GB VAT registration number and the address being used on the Invoice must also have a GB VAT registration number.

This error will not appear once these are both set up.
