Error - 'Unable to Authorize. Sequence contains more than one matching element' on login

This is caused by having Two-Factor authentication turned on against your Access Evo account. If this error occurs for you, please disable using the following steps:

  1. One of the Access Evo Owners or Administrators need to visit https://identity.accessacloud.com/ and sign in.

  2. Click My Account then click Two-Factor Authentication.

  3. Click Disable for someone else. They can then provide the user's email addresses to disable 2FA for them.
