User's View options for Purchase Requests and Invoices

In FocalPoint, it is possible to manage the view options a user has for Purchase Requests, and Purchase Orders.

To manage the view options, you must do the following:

  1. Log into FocalPoint Admin

  2. Click System Control at the top

  3. Go to Security Profiles

  4. Highlight the profile you want to manage the View Options for

  5. Click Edit at the bottom

  6. In the General tab, the View Options will be displayed on the right side

In each of the transaction types, there will be a list of available View Options:

  • Own Only

  • All

  • Own Department

  • Allocated Departments
