Complex reports or reports needed on a regular basis are chargeable and require consultancy. The information available from your FocalPoint system is limited — accounting or transactional reports need to be custom-written. Contact your CSM or AM and outline the information you require. The team will review and advise whether this is something they can provide or whether it needs to go to consultancy.
