FocalPoint: Too many buttons are showing on a Purchase Request, giving us options to submit, unsubmit, approve, reject and cancel all at once or not enough buttons are showing

This issue is due to a status mismatch on the affected transaction - usually caused by a drop in network connection when it was last processed.

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the Purchase Request affected.
