FocalPoint: Too many buttons are showing on a Purchase Request, giving us options to submit, unsubmit, approve, reject and cancel all at once or not enough buttons are showing

This issue is due to a status mismatch on the affected transaction - usually caused by a drop in network connection when it was last processed.

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please see the following Get support in FocalPoint and reference the title of this article and please include details of the Purchase Request affected.
