Error - 'The supplied ticket is invalid you must logon' when clicking a button on a Workflow Form

This error message will appear when Workflow Forms has timed out which happens when a user leaves the FocalPoint site inactive for a period of time.

Please be aware that typing text into fields is a passive action which does not tell the FocalPoint site you are active and so if you are typing a lot of text, Workflow Forms can timeout. To prevent this happening, we recommend that you save at regular intervals which will tell the site you are still active.
