Email issues with Office 365

Starting from September 2021, Microsoft is rejecting emails sent using the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols. You may find that some or all of your emails fail as a result. Ensure that TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 have been disabled on your web server so that emails are sent via TLS 1.2 instead. You need to be using FocalPoint version 5.3 Service Pack 18 and .NET version 4.8 to use TLS 1.2. If you are not currently set up for these, contact support to book an upgrade. If you are using version 5.3 SP18 and .NET 4.8, speak to your internal IT team to discuss disabling TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 — Support cannot help with changes to your server. If you are hosted with Access, contact support and we will organise the changes for you.
