Error - 'New users can only be added if you are a member of the database owner role' when creating a new FocalPoint user

If you are a hosted customer the only user who can do this is the HOSTING.ADMIN user. If you wish another user also to have those privileges, please contact us and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user requiring increased privileges.
