Error - 'New users can only be added if you are a member of the database owner role' when creating a new FocalPoint user

If you are a hosted customer the only user who can do this is the HOSTING.ADMIN user. If you wish another user also to have those privileges, please raise a new case and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user requiring increased privileges.
