FocalPoint is not designed to work in Safari or on a Mac and so we cannot support any problems that arise when using these.
Mac users may have some success with the Firefox browser or Chrome, but if there are any issues in those browsers, we would still be unable to support them.
We recommend that FocalPoint is always run on a Windows machine.
