FocalPoint is not designed to work in Safari or on a Mac and so we cannot support any problems that arise when using these. <br><br>Mac users may have some success with the Firefox browser or Chrome, but if there are any issues in those browsers, we would still be unable to support them. <br><br>We recommend that FocalPoint is always run on a Windows machine.
