User does not appear in FocalPoint Administrator

Check that the Access Evo user has a first and last name by the following steps

  1. Log into Access Evo.

  2. Click the member's icon.

  3. Search for the user.

  4. Click three vertical squares to the right of the user name.

  5. Select the Change Name menu option.

If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a new case quoting this article's title and the user's name.
