FocalPoint page refreshes in a loop when opened from Access Evo

Check whether the user is using Chrome and whether the Microsoft Editor extension is installed. To check this:

  1. Click the Extensions icon on the toolbar.

  2. Click **Manage Extensions**.

  3. If Microsoft Editor is installed, try the following fix:

  4. Click the Extensions icon on the toolbar.

  5. Click **...** next to Microsoft Editor.

  6. Click **Manage Extension**.

  7. Set site access to **on-click**.

If this does not resolve the issue, remove the extension:

  1. Click the Extensions icon on the toolbar.

  2. Click **...** next to Microsoft Editor.

  3. Click **Remove from Edge**.
