This is a known issue, caused by some browser extensions which have been updated and now interfere with the FocalPoint security policy, preventing login.
Check whether affected users have the **Scribe AI** browser extension enabled. Following release of version 2.68.1 on 12 December 2025, FocalPoint may continually refresh, fail to load correctly, or display a 'You've been signed out' message. Configuring the extension to 'run on click' or adding an exception resolves the issue. If Scribe AI is not installed, disable all browser extensions and try again. Add extensions back one by one to identify which is causing the issue — disable it when using FocalPoint. Alternatively, use an incognito or private browser session, which disables all extensions by default.
