This is a known issue, caused by some browser extensions which have been updated and now interfere with the FocalPoint security policy, preventing login.
Please check if affected users have the Scribe AI browser extension enabled as following their release of version 2.68.1 on 12 December 2025 FocalPoint may continually refresh, fail to load correctly, or display a “You’ve been signed out” message. Configuring the extension to “run on click” or adding an exception resolves the issue.
If not using Scribe AI please disable all of your browser extensions and try again. You can add the extensions back in one by one, until you find the specific one(s) which are causing you an issue. These extensions will then need to be disabled when using FocalPoint.
Alternatively, you can use an incognito or private browser session instead, as this disables all extensions by default.
