This error appears because the purchase request line in FocalPoint is linked to a purchase order line in Dimensions. You cannot delete linked lines — you can only remove lines that are not linked to Dimensions (those without the Linked checkbox selected on the purchase request), or edit the lines instead. To delete a linked line, first remove it from the purchase order in the Dimensions batch. Once it no longer exists in Dimensions, it can be removed from the purchase request in FocalPoint. 📌 Note: If a line has been partially or fully invoiced or received, it cannot be removed from Dimensions or FocalPoint. In this case, approve and post the purchase request with no changes, then complete and reverse the Dimensions purchase order before raising it again correctly from scratch.
