We have set up a new purchase request type, and when trying to complete an entry, we are receiving an error as follows: The stored procedure TSSP_GET_PR_xxxxx does not exist

Updated over 3 weeks ago

This error indicates that your request type is set to return a value in a field via a stored procedure in your database. Stored procedures have to be added in to SQL Server by someone with access to it and this may not be possible for a customer in Access Hosting.

Whilst it is possible to take a stored procedure that already exists for another request type but if it works specifically for that request, additional alterations may be needed and this would require time from an Access Consultant.

Raise a case and should additional work be needed, Support can pass this across to the Consultancy team.
