As long as this is a one-off request for information, and not something that you would require regularly, support may be able to assist you with this query.
If you require a very complex report or a report that can be provided on a regular basis, then this would be a chargeable request and outside of the remit of Support.
The information we can provide from your FocalPoint system will be limited, and we cannot provide accounting or transactional information (reports around this have to be written for you).
