Customer requires an amendment to a Crystal Report

Minor amendments and additions to Crystal Reports may be able to be carried out by Support, but more complex changes will have to be actioned by a consultant and arranged via your account manager or CSM.

To determine whether your amendment/addition will require consultancy, please log a new case online and reference this article.
Please include the name of the report and, if possible, attach a copy of the report and details of what needs to be changed.
