Timesheets are not appearing for approval after submitting

This can sometimes be caused by the approval flow having been changed and the transaction sitting with an unexpected user or by some details such as Project or Cost Centre being left blank on the Timesheet.
Before logging a case, please try unsubmitting the Timesheet, filling in any missing details and re-submitting it to check it has gone to the correct approver.

If it has definitely gone to the correct user, but they still cannot see the Timesheet, please log a new case online and reference this article.
