This can be fixed by giving the user the Dimensions Role in Access Evo. Once this is done, the Username will update to something more useful.
β
The Dimensions Role is required in order for a user to be able to post transactions from FocalPoint to Dimensions.
β
Giving a user the Dimensions Role will not affect your Dimensions licencing as this works on the number of users actually logged into Dimensions at any time, not the users who have access.
β
In addition to this, you will then need to update the Resource Name for the user so that their name shows in the top right of FocalPoint, to do this please follow this article.
Users are being created with the User ID as their Username now that we use Access Evo
