Error - 'the ordered quantity cannot be less than the delivered or invoiced quantity' on a Purchase Request

This error message means that the quantities in FocalPoint are lower than what has actually been invoiced or delivered on the same order, in Dimensions. It is impossible to have ordered less than what has been invoiced.

You will need to ensure that the quantities in FocalPoint are at least what has been invoiced/delivered in Dimensions and the error will then no longer appear.
