Expenses in the posting screens are grouped together by currency and by default you only view the home currency of the database.
Please ensure that you check the currency of the missing transaction and then subsequently check that currency in the posting screen, by changing the drop down.
If you are still unable to find the expense, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
