The ability to post Expenses and Credit Card transactions is controlled by the Dimensions menu permission in the user's FocalPoint security profile.

When Show Menu is enabled, the user can post these transactions through to Dimensions and the inbox shows which transactions are waiting to be posted.

To enable or disable the Dimensions Show Menu permission:

Click System Control, then Security Profiles.

In the options pane, click Dimensions.

The Show Menu permission appears in the right-hand pane.

Double-click Show Menu to enable or disable it.

1. Log in to FocalPoint Administrator.
2. Click System Control, then Security Profiles.
3. Click the relevant security profile.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click the Security tab.
6. In the options pane, click Dimensions.
7. The Show Menu permission appears in the right-hand pane.
8. Double-click Show Menu to enable or disable it.
9. Click OK to save.
