The lookup lists for the project form is configured in FocalPoint Administrator.
The list can be configured to be populated manually or from a SQL view.

To see how the list is configured:
Log in to FocalPoint Administrator.
Click System Options, Project Management, Project Management or Job Costing from the top of the list.
Scroll down the list of fields until the list you are looking for is visible.
The column Lookup Type determines how the list is populated.
If this is set to Manual, to access the list, in the Lookups column, click the ellipsis (3 dots) icon .
If this is set to From View, the SQL view defined in the column Lookup View will have to be amended in SQL Server Management Studio.
