After doing the Dimensions Year End, our FocalPoint budgets have not moved on

The Dimensions year end does not affect FocalPoint budgets. You need to run the Budget Year End separately through FocalPoint Administrator.

📌 Note: Take a database backup before starting this process.

  1. Log in to FocalPoint Administrator.

  2. Click System Control > Year End > Budgets.

  3. Click Yes when asked to confirm the Budget Year End.

  4. When asked whether you have taken a backup, click Yes only if a backup has been taken. If not, click No, take a backup, then restart the process and click Yes on this step.

  5. When complete, Budgets Year End Complete is displayed. Click OK.
