The Dimensions Year End process will not affect the FocalPoint budgets. Instead you need to run the Budget Year End through FocalPoint Administrator:
Note: Before beginning this process, please ensure you have taken a backup of the database.
Log into FocalPoint Administrator.
Browse to System Control, Year End, Budgets.
Click Yes when asked if you are sure you want to run the Budget Year End.
You will then be asked if you have taken a backup - please only click Yes if this is true, otherwise click No and ensure a backup is taken before you start again - once a backup is taken, you can click Yes on this step and the process will start.
You will see Budgets Year End Complete when the process is finished and can click OK to finish.
