Issue resolved in FocalPoint 5.3 SP41 to request an upgrade please contact your account manager or customer success manager.
To audit web logon's within FocalPoint please use the following steps, as user with admin rights
Login to FocalPoint Administrator
Click on System Options
Select Global Options, General Options
Click to enable Audit Successful Web Logon's
Note: this is under Users & Security section on the right hand side of the form.
The table is TS_LOGON_AUDIT and the main fields are: TSLA_DATETIME, TSLA_USERNAME, TSLA_USERID
