Work through the following checks to resolve this issue:
Ensure the user exists in the FocalPoint database, is in a Security Profile and is enabled. Check this in FocalPoint Administrator by browsing to **System Control**, **Users** and ensuring the **Enabled** checkbox is selected.
Make sure that the user is logging in with the correct username.
Make sure the user is using the correct web address and not an old one
Ensure the correct credentials are used when logging in to FocalPoint. If the credentials are automatically populated, re-type the password from scratch in case it has changed.
Try resetting your password.
If you are Windows authenticated, try clearing your browser cache and then logging in again, in case the browser is remembering an old password.
If you are Windows authenticated and the **User Name** and **Password** fields are greyed out, your Windows User Name may not match the **User Name** on the FocalPoint User record. Log in to Dimensions and update your name under **System**, **Users**. Then ask your IT team to restart the IIS server.
If you are hosted with Access, type **CLOUD\** in front of your user name.
If none of the above resolve the issue, contact support.
