This should be dealt with by turning on the users Out of Office and delegating any existing transactions to other users.

First an administrator will need to have access to the Out of Office module. To give them this permission:
Log into FocalPoint Administrator
Browse to System Control, Security Profiles
Highlight the profile of the user who will have access to the Out of Office module
Click Edit
Click on the Security tab
Highlight System Control in the list on the left
Enable Out of Office Administration in the list on the right
Click OK to save
Now the administrator will need to set the Out of Office up for the user who is unavailable:
Log into the FocalPoint website as the user who will be administering the change
Browse to System, Out of Office
Highlight the user who is unavailable
Click Edit
Ensure that there are delegates specified for all modules
Set the status to "Currently Out of the Office"
Click Save and Close
A message will now appear asking "Do you want to reassign selected transactions to chosen delegates?"
Click OK
A message will then appear to advise of the results of the reassignment
Click OK
Transactions will now have been reassigned and any future transactions which are routed to this user, will automatically be reassigned to their delegates
We advise that the process above is carried out for every user who goes on leave or leaves the company to avoid any transactions becoming lost or stuck.
