When trying to open FocalPoint from Access Evo the page keeps refreshing on an endless loop

heck if the user is using Chrome and if Microsoft Editor is installed. You do this by:

  1. Click on the Extensions Icon on the toolbar

  2. Click on Manage Extensions

  3. If so try the following fix

  4. Click on the Extensions Icon on the toolbar

  5. Click on ... by Microsoft Editor

  6. Click Manage Extension

  7. Set site access to on-click

If this does not resolve the issue

  1. Click on the Extensions Icon on the toolbar

  2. Click on ... by Microsoft Editor

  3. Click Remove from Edge
