Standard FocalPoint is not supported on mobile devices. Access provides a separate mobile application for mobile use (the Access Evo App), available on Google Play (Android), AppStore (iPhone) and Windows Store (Windows Phones). To use this application, Access Evo must be part of your contract with the Access Group, and your FocalPoint databases and users must have been configured to link to it. If this is not set up for your organisation, contact your Access Account Manager or CSM.
