General error when logging into FocalPoint on a mobile device

Please be aware that standard FocalPoint is not supported on mobile devices. Instead, Access have a separate mobile application for use on mobile devices (Access Evo App).

​Please be aware in order to use and access this application you must have Access Evo as part of your contract with the Access Group and your FocalPoint databases and users must have been configured to link to this. If this is not set up for your organisation, please contact your Access Account Manager or CSM who can discuss setting this up for you.
