First, please ensure that the transaction has had detail lines created to begin with.

If there are definitely detail lines there and other users can see them, then this is likely caused by the browser on the affected user's machine loading before FocalPoint had been able to load in the detail lines. Usually clicking onto another tab and back or closing the window and reopening it will cause the new line to appear.

Ensure that the form has enough space on screen to display the detail lines and not just the "Totals" line.

The other parts to check are the web browser zoom and the computer's display scaling. These need to be set to 100% zoom. If you are unsure how to change these settings, please speak with your IT.
