User cannot see many detail lines for a purchase request.

This occurs when the window serving FocalPoint is not big enough for the detail lines to be displayed in their entirety or where the screen resolution results in not enough space to display the detail lines in the window.

To resolve this issue, the display settings should be amended to use a larger screen resolution or the browser zoom level can be decreased. It must be noted that having the browser zoom level set to anything other than 100% can cause other issues with FocalPoint prior to version 5.3 Service Pack 25.
