This error message is a known problem that affects any version of FocalPoint prior to 5.3 Service Pack 25. To avoid this, upgrade your FocalPoint to 5.3 SP25 or later.
If you can't currently upgrade, the below explains the cause of the issue and how to avoid it:
It's caused by magnification settings in the browser or operating system being set to anything other than 100%
FocalPoint cannot resize the screen correctly if the magnification (zoom) of the screen is not 100%. This particular error is quite explicit and shows a specific error under more info. The error shows a line around halfway down the page that refers to a long number, followed by an error.
For example:
Exception Message: 355.55555725097656 is not a valid value for Int32.
The issue can be resolved by resetting the magnification settings to 100% - please check the help files in your browser or speak to your IT team if you are unsure how to reset the zoom.
If the browser is definitely set at 100% and the error is still appearing, then the issue is the magnification settings on the operating system being used (for example, Windows).
The method of checking and changing these settings varies between operating systems so if a check on the operating system is needed, please contact the relevant IT personnel.
