User is unable to log into Access Evo Mobile App

First of all, please ensure that you have had your site configured for use with the mobile app - the app does not immediately work but must be set up first. This will need to be completed by our consultation team so please raise this with your account manager.

If the site has definitely been set up and worked in the past, then please raise a new case and reference the title of this article and please include details of the mobile you are using and the user affected.
