Error - 'Cannot delete a line linked to an existing purchase order' when trying to delete a line from a reopened Purchase Request

The error is letting you know that you cannot delete this line from the Purchase Request in FocalPoint because it exists on the corresponding Purchase Order in Dimensions. You can only remove lines which don't exist in Dimensions (i.e. they don't have a the Linked column check box selected on the Purchase Request) or edit the lines instead.

In order to delete this line, it first needs to be removed from the Purchase Order in the Dimensions batch. Once it no longer exists in Dimensions, the line will be able to be removed from the Purchase Request in FocalPoint.

It is worth noting that if a line has been partially or fully invoiced or partially or fully received, then it will not be possible to remove it from Dimensions (and subsequently FocalPoint).
In this case, the Purchase Request in FocalPoint should be approved and posted through again with no changes made and then the Dimensions Purchase order should be completed fully before being reversed out. The order can then be raised again correctly from scratch.
