Some lines on a Purchase Request are not ticked as 'Linked'

The Linked box means that the lines exist on a Purchase Order within Dimensions.

First of all, check that the Purchase Request is not still Pending or Awaiting Approval as until the Purchase Request has been posted, it is correct for lines not to be linked.
If the Purchase Request is fully posted, it means that those unlinked lines do not exist in Dimensions currently.

If all the lines are unlinked, please ensure that the Purchase Order still exists in Dimensions.
Often, when all lines are unlinked, then the Purchase Order in Dimensions has been deleted. If this is the case, you will need to raise a new Purchase Request in FocalPoint and start again, as Support cannot recreate deleted transactions or force a link for you.

If the Purchase Order definitely exists or it is just some of the lines which are unlinked, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article along with details of the affected Purchase Request.
