Error - 'Login Failed for [user]' when using Administrator

This usually happens because the user has tried to log into FocalPoint Administrator using their FocalPoint password rather than their Dimensions one.

The FocalPoint Administrator will need the user details as they would be entered into Access Dimensions (user name and Dimensions password). Please ensure the user is entering the correct details.

If you have checked that the user is logging in using their Dimensions user name and password and they continue to receive the error message, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
