As of FocalPoint version 5.3 SP31, in order to access the Documents tabs, a user must be in a Security Profile which is set to show the ADM menu. This is so that users can be prevented from seeing documents if they should not have access for security reasons.
To enable this option:
Log into FocalPoint Administrator.
Browse to System Control then Security Profiles.
Highlight the relevant profile and click Edit.
Click on the Security tab.
At the bottom of the list on the left hand side, highlight ADM.
Ensure that Show Menu in the right hand list is enabled (green tick) - you can enable or disable an option by double clicking on it.
Click OK to save the changes.
Repeat for other profiles as required.
Users will then need to log out and back into the FocalPoint website, but should then be able to see the Documents tab as normal.
