This occurs when documents in ADM do not get filed correctly and so are left in the ADM Inbox for resolution.

To resolve this, the document(s) must be filed or deleted in ADM, via either the ADM Client or the Access Document Management tab in FocalPoint.
Alternatively, to stop displaying these documents in FocalPoint, follow these steps:
Log in to FocalPoint (as the user that is seeing the files).
Click on the username in the top right corner of the browser window.
Select Preferences.
Scroll down to Inbox.
Select the Do not show pending items for third parties check box.
Click Save.
This can also occur when documents have been filed using the FocalPoint Document storage functionality and then FocalPoint is reconfigured to use Access Document Management, leaving the documents in the users inbox indefinitely. If this is found to be the case it will need to be resolved by support. Therefore please raise a new case and reference the title of this article and please outline what steps have been taken so far.

This issue can also occur when your FocalPoint users are using the same ADM credentials as each other. As the documents are in one user's ADM inbox, they would appear to all users that are using these credentials. To resolve this, please use separate ADM credentials for each user.
