Sometimes this error will appear because there was previously an error and your computer is incorrectly remembering it. Therefore please clear your browser cache in the first instance as this may well resolve the problem - alternatively you can try using a different browser altogether.
If after clearing the cache or using another browser the issue persists, please check that your SA account is not locked out. FocalPoint uses this to connect and so if it is locked, it will not be able to load the website.
