When we try to create a new project and it comes up with the error message 'A Project with this code already exists'. There shouldn't be any existing Projects of this number as our numbers are created automatically and sequentially.
Our Project codes are incremental, so the next project should generate based on the last number, but we are getting a message saying 'A Project with this code already exists', so cannot create it.
We will need to investigate the code that generates the Project codes to establish why it is trying to reuse an existing one. Please raise a new case and reference the title of this article.
