Follow these steps to disable (or deactivate) a user in FocalPoint. This may be necessary if a user has left the company and the licence needs to be reused.

Browse to System Control and click Users.

Click the Edit icon at the top of the window (this is the hand with a question mark image).

1. Log in to FocalPoint Administrator.
2. Browse to System Control and click Users.
3. Click the Edit icon at the top of the window (this is the hand with a question mark image).
4. Locate the user in the list below.
5. Clear the '**Enabled**' checkbox.
6. Click OK to save.

The user is now disabled and will no longer be able to log in to FocalPoint.
