Amend or add a user's email address

User's email addresses are held in the Member record area of FocalPoint Administrator. To update or add an email address:

  1. Log onto FocalPoint Administrator

  2. Click System Control, Security Profiles

  3. Highlight the relevant security profile and click Members

  4. Highlight the relevant user in the list on the left hand side

  5. Click on the Contact tab

  6. Add or amend the email address in the Email Address field as required

  7. Click OK to save
