This error appears when Workflow Forms has timed out, which happens when a user leaves the FocalPoint site inactive for a period of time. Typing text into fields is a passive action that does not tell the site you are active — if you are typing a lot of text, Workflow Forms can time out. Save at regular intervals to tell the site you are still active.
