This error is caused by reserved characters in the description of the Expense lines. Reserved characters include:
\, /, *, ", <, >, and |
Remove the reserved characters from the description in the Expense detail lines. If there is only plain text in the descriptions, the Expense may have corrupted — delete the claim and re-enter it. If you have removed the characters and the error still occurs, contact support.
