Error - 'Jig Test Reove' when running a Crystal report

This error is usually related to the application pool which FocalPoint runs from being "full" and needing to be cleared.
To fix this, you will need to ask your IT team to "recycle" the application pool. This will also usually happen overnight automatically.

The error can also occur if the IIS (or web) server is non-responsive too, so if you try to recycle the app pool and are unable to do so, you may need to ask your IT team to restart the entire server.
