Error - 'Error Emailing Item: X Load Report Failed' when approving a Purchase Request

This error is usually related to the application pool which FocalPoint runs being full and needing to be cleared.

To fix this, you will need to ask your IT team to recycle the application pool. This will also usually happen overnight automatically.

If no one in IT is sure how to recycle the application pool, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of who to contact to gain access to the server.
