There are three areas to check, which might show why the Purchase Request is not seen:
If you have more than one Purchase Request type in your database, please ensure you have checked under all of the different types in case the Purchase Request was raised incorrectly. If you do not have access to one of the types, ask a colleague who does to check there for you.
Check under all of the different statuses (Pending, Awaiting Approval, Rejected etc) in case the status is different to what you expect.
Check there are no search filters such as initiator ID or date range that could be affecting your results.
Was the purchase request created on an another database?
If you are still unable to find the Purchase Request, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the Purchase Request that can't be found.
