Enable a user in FocalPoint

You can re-enable a user account by completing the following process:

  1. Login to FocalPoint Administrator.

  2. Browse to System Control.

  3. Click on Users.

  4. Click the Edit icon at the top of the window (this is the hand with a question mark image).

  5. Locate the user in the list below.

  6. Tick the Enabled box.

  7. Click OK to save
