On the login screen for FocalPoint web "Please use Administrator Registration screen to Register or Unregister database X with aCloud"

To resolve this, log into FocalPoint Admin

  1. Go to System Control, Global Options, General Options

  2. Click the aCloud tab

  3. Ensure the login details are correct, then click Register

If the database is a test one and has recently been copied from the live, you will simply need to clear these details out and click OK to save
